Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Fluxa Stats ("the Service"), a privacy-friendly website analytics service provided by Fluxa Stats. By subscribing, you agree to them.

The Service

We provide a hosted analytics dashboard that measures your website traffic without cookies or personal data. We also help you install it on your site as part of a setup call.

Subscription & billing

• The Service costs £50 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
• There is no minimum term and no contract — you can cancel anytime from your billing portal, and you won't be charged again.
• Cancelling stops future payments; we don't provide pro-rata refunds for the current month unless required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may pause access until it's resolved.

Your data

Your analytics data belongs to you. You can export it at any time, and it remains yours if you cancel. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully, to only track websites you own or are authorised to track, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.

Availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we provide it "as is" and don't currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. We'll always do our best to keep things running and to fix issues promptly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
